Enrolment is automatic. Once you create an account and make your first qualifying purchase, you are enrolled in the Bronze tier and start earning points immediately.

Points are earned per rupee spent. The base rate is 1 point per ₹10, and your tier multiplier increases as you level up (e.g., Gold members earn 2x, so 2 points per ₹10). Certain product categories may offer bonus multipliers during promotional periods.

Points remain active as long as your account has at least one qualifying transaction within a 12-month period. If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, points may expire.

Points are non-transferable between individual accounts. However, B2B dealer accounts can pool points across authorized sub-accounts within the same organization.

Yes. The program is designed for both B2B trade partners (dealers, distributors, contractors) and direct end consumers. Tier benefits are tailored to each segment.

Points can be redeemed directly at checkout for discounts, or through the rewards catalogue for sample kits, merchandise, and exclusive offers. Redemption options expand as you move to higher tiers.

Tier status is evaluated annually. If your cumulative points earned within the evaluation period fall below the tier threshold, your status may be adjusted to the qualifying tier at the next review.
